Alliance has as its mission statement of providing commercial solutions that meet the needs of its clients. To this end, it provides legal advice with a strong emphasis on commercial viability. This is achieved by the 3 directors of Alliance who collectively have more than 40 years professional experience.

Alliance Speciality

In line with increasing demands for specialization, Alliance's focus is corporate commercial work. Its work includes the establishment and structuring of companies and their businesses, mergers and acquisitions, re-structuring of companies' holdings, advising on legal aspects of doing business in Singapore such as tax and employment matters, drafting and review of commercial contracts and the provision of corporate secretarial advice and related services.
